Cube 62 – Feedback & Signals: Little Things for Success

You look down the fairway, see the flag waving in the breeze. You have calculated your shot based on the distance, elevation change, wind, and obstacles you can see or believe to be around.

You line up the shot, swing your club, and send the ball towards the green.

This cube mixes parts of Built to Last by Jim Collins with The Fifth Discipline by Peter Senge. Looking at core elements of improving and achieving your goals.

Cube31 – The Art of Understanding

Change is appealing. We all want the world, either our small section or the a large group or organization, to be better. Causing change either in an individual or a group can be one of the most difficult objectives a person can undertake.

This cube features a section about mental models from Peter Senge‘s book The Fifth Discipline. A wonderful book dealing with Systems Theory or Systems Thinking and why many of the issues in our world are due to something other than the distant evil boogie man.
